Placing An Order

1. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. You will receive a confirmation email summarising your order within that time.
2. During sale periods, processing time can be slightly delayed. Please be patient.

Shipping Rates

1. Standard flat rate shipping of $6.95 Australia wide applies to all orders.
2. Local pickup is available (Inner North Canberra) for residents of the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding regions. Please select this option during checkout and pick-up information will be forwarded to you after the order is processed.

International Orders

1. We advise you to use Paypal as your payment method for a quick turnover. Please note that you may incur additional tax costs when it enters your country.
2. Please contact before placing order to receive shipping quote.

Courier

1. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please for domestic orders.
2. For Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes we use Australian Post.
3. International orders are also posted with Australian Post and must be signed for.
4. You will be notified via email once your parcel has been shipped along with your tracking number.

Returns

1. We accept online returns if you are not satisfied with your online purchase on full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact via our online form (Click Here) and quote your order number.
2. Items are to be unworn and with the original tags attached if applicable.
3. If you wish to exchange for another size or different item, please return item in a pre-paid postage bag with your address on it so we can send out the new item straight away.
4. We do not offer refunds or exchange on sale items so please choose carefully.
