Placing An Order
- Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. You will receive a confirmation email summarising your order within that time.
- During sale periods, processing time can be slightly delayed. Please be patient.
Shipping Rates
- Standard flat rate shipping of $6.95 Australia wide applies to all orders.
- Local pickup is available (Inner North Canberra) for residents of the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding regions. Please select this option during checkout and pick-up information will be forwarded to you after the order is processed.
International Orders
- We advise you to use Paypal as your payment method for a quick turnover. Please note that you may incur additional tax costs when it enters your country.
- Please contact before placing order to receive shipping quote.
Courier
- We use Australia Post and Couriers Please for domestic orders.
- For Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes we use Australian Post.
- International orders are also posted with Australian Post and must be signed for.
- You will be notified via email once your parcel has been shipped along with your tracking number.
Returns
- We accept online returns if you are not satisfied with your online purchase on full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact via our online form (Click Here) and quote your order number.
- Items are to be unworn and with the original tags attached if applicable.
- If you wish to exchange for another size or different item, please return item in a pre-paid postage bag with your address on it so we can send out the new item straight away.
- We do not offer refunds or exchange on sale items so please choose carefully.
